Schedule: Follows School Bell Schedule | 37.5hours/week About the Role: Amergis Education Staffing is seeking a compassionate andskilled Registered Nurse (School Nurse) to join our EducationServices team for the 2025–2026 academic year. This full-time, school-basedposition focuses on promoting student health and wellness, managing chronicconditions, and responding to health-related needs during the school day. Key Responsibilities: + Provide direct nursing care to students, including first aid, medication administration, and chronic condition management. + Conduct health assessments and screenings in accordance with state and district guidelines. + Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to support student health plans. + Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with state and federal health regulations. + Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs). Qualifications: + Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina. + Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. + BLS certification required. + Experience in pediatric, public health, or school nursing preferred. + Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
