Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Resident Program Administrator is expected to perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization. Performs duties as a liaison with local colleges to recruit, interview, supervise new graduate RN's into the Residency program. Performs duties in support of and in compliance with the performance improvement plan, Joint Commission and other licensing, accrediting and regulatory agencies. Plans, directs, manages/conducts, and evaluates educational activities and programs which include general nursing mandatory education and nursing orientation.

CA RN BLS through American Heart AssociationBSN degree requiredINSTRUCTOR - BLS, ACLS & PALS required within 6 months of hire. Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience in an acute care setting.Where You'll Work
