Responsibilities Adheres to policies and procedures addressing the scope of services outlined in Infusion Nursing and Pharmacy services as well as state laws and regulations.Complies to INS and IgNS standards of practice, CDC guidelines, scope and standards of practice, and code of ethics as defined by American Nurses AssociationDevelop goals of patients with Pharmacy staffAssesses patients and establishes appropriate plan of care base on health needsEducates patients and caregivers with resources and health related informationCoordinates nursing care with Home Health agencies as required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in NursingValid Nursing License One year of experience as a Registered Nurse; Infusion and Home Health Care experience preferredKnowledge in IV therapy is a plusCPR certifiedEffective verbal and written communication skills About our Line of Business Eventus Rx, an affiliate of Amerita, is a specialty pharmacy and infusion center that helps patients find the best support they need to manage their complex diseases.
