Responsibilities + Adheres to policies and procedures addressing the scope of services outlined in Infusion Nursing and Pharmacy services as well as state laws and regulations. + Complies to INS and IgNS standards of practice, CDC guidelines, scope and standards of practice, and code of ethics as defined by American Nurses Association + Develop goals of patients with Pharmacy staff + Assesses patients and establishes appropriate plan of care base on health needs + Educates patients and caregivers with resources and health related information + Coordinates nursing care with Home Health agencies as required Qualifications + Bachelor of Science in Nursing + Valid Nursing License + One year of experience as a Registered Nurse; Infusion and Home Health Care experience preferred + Knowledge in IV therapy is a plus + CPR certified + Effective verbal and written communication skills About our Line of Business Eventus Rx, an affiliate of Amerita, is a specialty pharmacy and infusion center that helps patients find the best support they need to manage their complex diseases.
