Your responsibilities will include: + Assessing patient condition and environment to recognize changes, manage pain, and ensure safety throughout their care journey + Performing expert procedures and medication administration – including pain relief and fluid therapy – delivering advanced wound care and dressing changes, monitoring responses and acting swiftly to promote healing and comfort + Educating and supporting patients and families with compassion and clarity to confidently navigate recovery and make informed decisions + Collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to provide seamless, patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s needs **What qualifications you will need:** + Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure.
