You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum. What will you will do in this role: + Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality + Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis + Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement Job Requirements: + Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation. + BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start + 2 years’ of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting + Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire + BSN is preferred HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital is a 238-bed acute care hospital.
