We want your knowledge and expertise! **Job Summary and Qualifications** Under the supervision of the Manager of Clinical Operations, the House Supervisor has accountability and responsibility for the effective and efficient operation of the hospital during the designated shift(s). Acts as a supervisor of the company and performs his/her job functions in a manner consistent with the BNE and the mission and goals of the organization. + The RRT RN will organize, implement, modify, evaluate, document and maintain the plan of care. This plan will be individualized, family centered, and holistic. + The RRT RN will evaluate and intervene in compromised patients according to the guidelines approved by the Medical Executive Committee. + The RRT RN will assess, organize, intervene and evaluate when there is change in condition and collaborate with interprofessional team which may include coding patients according to the guidelines recommended by the American Heart Association. + Provides and documents quality patient care consistently according to the nursing process, evidence-based practice, hospital and professional standards and policy/procedures. + Able to ensure effective management of code situations. + Coordinates and monitors patient care processes after hours and weekends to ensure quality patient outcomes. + Follows patient and employee safety/security policies and protocols, including hand hygiene, use of universal precautions,use of personal protective equipment, and adherence to isolation procedures. + Ensures patient/personal safety by maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment and adhering to Safety Program and Infection Control Programs. What qualifications you will need: + Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date + Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date + 2 years of experience in a cute care setting + Graduated of an accrediated school of Professional Nursing + BSN or current enrollment in a Baccalaureate or Master’s in Nursing Program + 3+ Critical Care Experience Medical City Fort Worth is a 350+ bed full-service Magnet Designated hospital.
