Position Overview The PMH RN provides comprehensive care to individuals, families, and communities experiencing mental health and substance use disorders. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing, psychosocial, and neurobiological principles. The nurse will promote well-being through prevention, education, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Critical thinking, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to coordinate care effectively are essential. ?
