Registered Nurse (RN) – Adult & Adolescent Psych | Multiple Shifts Location: HealthSource Saginaw Address: 3340 Hospital Rd, Saginaw, MI 48603 Hours per Week: 36–48 (rotating; built-in OT) About the Role HealthSource Saginaw is seeking dedicated and skilled Psychiatric/Mental Health Registered Nurses to support its Adult and Adolescent Behavioral Health units. This role involves providing comprehensive mental health care, utilizing strong psychosocial assessment skills, and coordinating treatment plans for patients with psychiatric and substance-use disorders. Staff in this position will float between adult and adolescent populations and play a key role in crisis stabilization, therapeutic interventions, and patient safety. Key Responsibilities + Provide comprehensive psychiatric nursing care in an inpatient behavioral health setting + Utilize critical thinking and sound clinical judgment in all aspects of mental health care + Conduct assessments, monitor behavioral changes, and support crisis intervention + Coordinate care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams + Maintain accurate documentation using the facility’s charting system + Uphold all federal, state, and facility-specific regulations and standards + Support the workflow, goals, and safety protocols of the psych unit Shift Options Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (preferred) Day Shift: May be considered Schedules may include 36–48 hours per week, rotating.
