Care for pediatric patients receiving chemotherapy, supportive care medications for cancer and hematologic conditions, blood transfusions, and bone marrow transplants in an outpatient setting.Use targeted assessment skills to assess patients during visits and via telephone triage and online patient portal.Connect and form therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
