We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:

Care for pediatric patients receiving chemotherapy, supportive care medications for cancer and hematologic conditions, blood transfusions, and bone marrow transplants in an outpatient setting.Use targeted assessment skills to assess patients during visits and via telephone triage and online patient portal.Connect and form therapeutic relationships with patients and families. Join the UW Health Kids Cancer Care experts team where you will be actively involved in cutting edge, evidence-based therapies to improve patient outcomes.
