Job Description:This position coordinates all aspects of patient flow throughout the East Market. Coordinates activities between defined areas and provides clinical leadership and expertise to ensure proper patient placement. Facilitates an atmosphere of collegial relationships among nursing personnel and others. Has major responsibility for the implementation of the vision, mission, plans, and standards of the organization and nursing services within their defined areas of responsibility.

Receives requests for information on medical conditions, medications, diagnostic tests, and prescription refillsWill assist with the coordination of patient transfers from referring facilities calling in to the Essentia Health STAT doc lineWill process prescription refill requests received from pharmacies and patients, utilizing the Essentia Health primary care refill protocol.
