We are located within Wellness and Pain Management at 245 Windward Way in beautiful, Kalispell, MT. No holidays, weekends or on call! + Competitive compensation and benefits package + 401(k) with generous immediate employer match + Logan Health Fitness Center Membership Discount! + A supportive, mission-driven culture focused on quality and compassion What you'll be doing: + Make reminder phone calls to patients and review medications with them + Prepare charts for procedures + Provide pre-operative care for patients receiving procedures + Administer sedation medication + Provide post-operative care, discharge instructions and and patient education + Opportunity to grow and become an RN Circulator in the procedure room if you have the desire to learn! Who you are? Our ideal candidate will have strong nursing skills and a willingness to learn! Prior Interventional Pain Procedure, Pre-op or PACU experience a plus, but not required. We will train! Qualifications: + Current Montana RN License or a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required. + BSN degree preferred. + Current HCP CPR certification required. + Minimum of two (2) years’ nursing experience preferred. + Current ACLS and PALS certification may be required in certain departments and successfully obtained within six (6) months of hire. + Strong organizational, critical thinking, and prioritization skills; detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality. + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and diplomacy. Help us bring comfort, confidence, and skilled care to every patient experience! Shift: Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America) Schedule: Part-time, 24 hours per week variable schedule. Shifts may be 8 hours or 10 hours in length or include half day shifts. Currently, shifts typically fall on Monday, Wednesday, Thursdays and occasional Tuesdays depending on procedure schedules and physician availability. Must be flexible and able to work any of these days above as scheduled days may vary by week. Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
