Provides quality care to employees in accordance with corporate/hospital policies and procedures and local, state, and federal regulations. + Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment + Perform’s pre-employment screenings, annual health screenings and tests, and immunizations. + Serves as the initial source of medical evaluation and reporting for employee work-related illnesses and injuries and assigns employees to an appropriate level of care. Provides consultation and first aid and schedules therapy, rehabilitation, and/or work restrictions as needed. + ​Serves as case manager for work-related exposure, injury, or illness.
