Job Description
As a Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee and document healthcare services, medical needs, and interventions for program members. You will play a crucial role in advocating for the optimal health of members and coordinating medical services with Primary Care Physicians. Your role will involve ensuring medical compliance, managing treatment plans, and maintaining confidential medical files. You will also conduct preadmission reviews, member assessments, and develop Adult Foster Care (AFC) plans of care. Additionally, you will recruit, train, supervise, and support AFC caregivers, ensuring compliance with training and care standards.

The position operates Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. The role requires travel, and the candidate must have access to a private vehicle. The work environment is supportive and collaborative, emphasizing compliance with safety, confidentiality, and regulatory standards.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
