They work with staff to implement programs for professional development and continuous learning. The focus is promoting practices that improve patient outcomes organization-wide. This role also advances professional development in line with the system's standards. It fosters growth, learning, and practical knowledge in healthcare. **Essential Functions of the Role** + You'll assess target audience needs, considering current issues and trends. + Validate these needs with stakeholders. Use data to create personalized content for education planning. + You will use evidence, theories, research, and experience to create education programs. + You'll ensure integrity in activities and offer guidance on ethical conflicts. Respecting autonomy, dignity, and rights of participants is crucial. Report any violations promptly. + You will support scientific inquiry and use evidence in practice. Facilitate research, ensure quality improvement, and promote findings through educational programs. **Key Success Factors** + Familiarity with the benchmarks and operations of nursing and patient care. + Knowledge of nursing laws, standards, regulations, and certification bodies is essential.
