**Description** PeaceHealth is accepting applications for our upcoming Nurse Residency Program at Sacred Heart Medical Center Riverbend in Springfield, OR. This is an exciting opportunity for new graduate nurses to enter a program providing technical excellence as well as nursing excellence, compassionate care for our patients and community. The Nurse Residency Program provides a comprehensive transition to practice program offering interactive, evidence-based curriculum designed to build clinical skills and competency in patient outcomes, leadership and the professional nurse role. Start dates are determined by looking at several factors: NCLEX, Licensing, relocation and department needs.
