RN New Grad Program-St Bernardine Medical Center

Start Date:
Our next RN Residency program start date will begin on September 15th, 2025. Completion will be based on 100% validation of competencies during your clinical hours. Our target candidates are nurses who have graduated within one year prior to the start of the program and who have not previously worked as a registered nurse or interim permittee. Application period is open beginning June 15th, 2025, and will close when we receive enough qualified applications per each opening.
Program Commitment:
The program consists of a clinical orientation in addition to a 12-month transition-to-practice. The program requires full-time(40-hour) employment during the length of the program (12 months from start).
The New Graduate Residency Program features a challenging program blending classroom didactics with clinical experience and unit socialization.
