Position Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) is the core of ProMedica’s world-class patient care team. As the coordinator of a patient’s plan of care, you will interact with the patient, families and the health care team through open communication, mutual respect, and shared decision-making. The RN will assess and formulate a nursing diagnosis, and plan, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan. In this position, you will work collaboratively with fellow nurses and support staff as you strive to achieve patient care goals. Unit Overview: Located on the 3rd Floor 24 Bed Unit Patient Population: A wide variety of intermediate level patients specializing in cardiology (chest pain, atrial fibrillation, CHF, etc), COVID, and respiratory care Current State license as a Registered Nurse Current CPR training. Specialty certifications as required by individual nursing units.
