Assesses patient’s health and continuously monitors; detect changes in symptoms, health or pain, and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needsResponds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocolSets priorities in plan of care based on assessed needs and anticipates personnel, supplies, and equipment required to care for patients based on assessed needsWorks collaboratively with provider to provide exceptional careAdministers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and proceduresProvides patient and family education

Associate Of Nursing Associate’s Degree in NursingRegistered Nurse: ND, upon hire andBasic Life Support - CPR, upon hire andPediatric Advanced Life Support, within 6 - months andAdvanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months
