For over a century, we have remained committed to enriching the lives of older adults with respect, integrity, and love. **What to expect as a MDS Coordinator at Saint Mary Home:** Under the direction of the Director of Nursing or Designee, the MDS Nurse will conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessment in accordance with the requirements of this state and the policies and goals of this facility. **What you will bring:** 1. A Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved RN program. 2. A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in CT. 3. Be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care. 4. Have and maintain current CPR Certification. 5. Be AANAC Certified or obtain certification within 6 months of hire. 6.
