Hawthorne Ridge has an opportunity for a full time Nurse Manager of Resident Services working full time days!
The Manager of Resident Services is the primary manager of The Terrace operation providing services and care to all residents in accordance with the facilities stated purpose and SPHP mission and values. Additionally will assist the Executive Director with the overall management of the Campus, providing services and care to all residents in accordance with the facilities stated purpose and SPHP’s mission in Executive Director’s absence.
Will work with Resident Council to stay informed of resident concerns, and to introduce new programs, and policies.

Minimum requirements:
Current and valid New York state RN licenseAssociates Degree in Nursing3+ years of experience as a RN1+ year of experience in a supervisory or leadership rolePreferred requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing1+ years of recent experience in Assisted livingAbility to work with diverse populationsAbility to work and engage with multiple teamsAbility to communicate well in a fast pace environmentPay range: $74,464 per year- $108,513 per year
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
