Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance, location and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** Manage the daily operations of the assigned area(s). + Develop specific departmental goals, standards and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. + Assess quality of patient care and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians and other departments. + Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. + May perform and oversee processes such as scheduling, recruitment, payroll and student engagement. + Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations. + Maintain systems to assure adequate levels of supplies and necessary equipment. + Manage daily surgery schedule maintaining communication with all disciplines involved. + Plan and prioritize day-to-day activities of personnel.
