The RN Manager, Obstetrics, will provide leadership and oversight for both the Logan Health Whitefish Birth Center and the Logan Health Medical Center Obstetrics unit. Location: Kalispell & Whitefish, MontanaDepartment: Obstetrics – Logan Health Medical Center & Logan Health Whitefish What You’ll Do + Provide operational and clinical leadership for obstetric nursing teams across multiple sites. + Partner with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary leaders to ensure seamless patient care and an exceptional family-centered experience. + Oversee staffing, orientation, education, and ongoing development of OB nursing staff. + Champion quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives across labor & delivery, postpartum, and mother-baby care. + Guide lactation services and mother-baby clinics, supporting education, best practices, and continuous improvement. + Lead through Logan Health’s values of integrity, compassion, service, excellence, and ownership. What We’re Looking For + Current Montana RN license (or compact license with MT eligibility). + BSN required; MSN or related advanced degree preferred. + 3+ years of nursing leadership experience required, with 2+ years recent experience in obstetrics (L&D, postpartum, NICU, or related areas). + Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, quality standards, and patient safety practices. + Proven ability to build and inspire teams, drive culture, and foster collaboration across departments. + Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
