**Job Summary and Responsibilities** As a Registered Nurse at CHI St. Francis Health, you’ll excel in your nursing career by providing long-term care (LTC) services to the residents of our facility. Keen assessment skills, critical thinking, and a sense of urgency support your career advancement as you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will implement our residents individual Care Plans. **Responsibilities:** + Administers prescribed medications and treatments. + Reviews and evaluates resident’s care and adjusts as needed. + Administered, conducts, directs and supervises resident related care and activities on assigned unit. + Direct supervision of LPNs, TMAs and CNAs on scheduled shift. + Completes all required assessments and documentation in a timely manner. **Job Requirements** **Qualifications:** + Registered Nurse degree from a recognized college or university. + Active Minnesota license in good standing. + BLS + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to handle engage others and handle conflicts resulting in positive outcome. + Strong leadership skills. **LTCFargo** **Where You'll Work** CHI St. Francis Health is a ministry serving the head of the Red River basin, located in Breckenridge Minnesota, founded by the Franciscan Sisters of Little Falls in 1899.
