Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an RN to provide long term care to a senior population in Roslindale, MA or Dedham, MA.
Shifts
40 hours/week, 7am – 3pm, 3pm – 11pm or 11pm – 7am, every other weekend
Travel Pay: $2,648/week
Local Pay: $60/hour, paid weekly
Minimum Requirements:
Active, unrestricted license in MA 1+ year(s) experience in Long Term Care, LTAC, or Sub Acute Initial COVID vaccine seriesEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in a Long Term Care/Assisted Living Facility Performs focused interviews to identify specific needs Assesses signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychological changes in the patient’s condition Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from healthcare team members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses Documents the patient’s plan of care using identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions as well as responses to interventions Performs interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and the facility policies and patient outcome standard Provides a safe, comfortable and therapeutic patient environment Initiates and evaluates patient and/or family education Uses clinical judgment in evaluation activities to meet patient care needs of an assigned floor/unit including establishing priorities Monitors safety and effectiveness of the environment and equipmentNot the perfect fit right now?
