We strive to foster an environment that embraces our employees' unique strengths, experiences and perspectives which ultimately drives our exceptional, patient-centered care. **_We are hiring for a Full-Time RN Lead to join the St. Luke's Multispecality Clinic in Ketchum!_** **What You Can Expect:** + Support clinical staff in a multispecialty clinic (Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, General Surgery). + Oversee staffing needs, including scheduling and workload management. + Provide education and training for nursing staff to ensure clinical competency and professional growth. + Serve as a resource and mentor for nurses and support staff. + Collaborate with providers to optimize patient care and workflow efficiency. + Assist in developing and implementing policies to enhance clinical operations. + Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
