**Job Summary and Responsibilities** As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Your sense of urgency and dedication to excellence in a fast-paced environment will not only support patient recovery but also fuel your own career advancement. + Support pregnant patients in labor including induction, epidural assistance (if needed), general pain management and fetal monitoring + Assist and circulate in the operating room for cesarean sections, tubal ligation, cerclage and emergency procedures + Educate patients on various interventions or procedures - medications (name and purpose), exams, and labor stages + Assess newborn and provide care. + Communicate with the care management team, including anesthesiologist, physician or midwife, lactation nurse, charge nurse, postpartum unit, patient and family **Job Requirements** **Minimum Qualifications:** Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas BLS with skills demonstration One Year RN experience **Preferred Qualifications:** Bachelors in Nursing Preferred **Where You'll Work** **$10,000 Sign On Bonus eligible.
