Unit Highlights:
· 12 LDR suites for comprehensive maternal care
· 2 Operating Rooms equipped for obstetric procedures
· 5-bed triage for urgent assessments
· 21-bed Level III NICU
· Specialized antepartum services for high-risk pregnancies
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver skilled nursing care throughout labor, delivery, recovery
· Respond to obstetrical emergencies and assist in high-risk procedures
· Coordinate closely with obstetric, neonatal, anesthetic, and surgical teams
· Provide supportive care for families experiencing complex or high-risk pregnancies
Required Qualifications:
· Active RN license in Massachusetts
· Minimum of 2-years RN experience in Labor & Delivery or 2 years in Surgical or ICU nursing
· Advanced certifications preferred - NRP, EFM
· Strong critical thinking and communication skills
