      LOCATION:     BAYLOR SCOTT & WHITE MEDICAL CENTER, MARBLE FALLS TX  

DEPT:                LABOR & DELIVERY

SCHEDULE:      FT NIGHTS OR DAYS

• 13 Week commitment (1 week Orientation, 12 weeks on the unit)

 • 12 hr. shifts (36 hrs per week)

 • $51/hr. plus shift differentials

• $1,500 completion Bonus

• PRN status – not benefit eligible

Job Summary

As a Seasonal RN, you align with our nursing model, manage patient care, evaluate, recognize, create, implement care plans. Monitor patient progress is also vital. Your knowledge will help patients navigate the healthcare system safely, reducing complications. You will use your expertise to understand patient needs and the healthcare environment.

Essential Functions of the RoleUsing good judgment and clinical reasoning, conduct thorough assessments following practice standards.Identify patient and family needs, then develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans accordingly. Qualifications

A degree from a recognized nursing program or two years of relevant work experienceA minimum of (1) one year's experience in the field of nursingA valid Registered Nurse licenseThe ability to obtain a Basic Life Support certification within the first 30 days of employment.
