An Interventional Radiology Nurse is a specialized RN who assists the physician with medical imaging such as MRIs, ultrasounds or X-rays. The RN - Interventional Radiology is responsible for patient care during the entire process, including the initial assessment, the plan of care, administering medication, checking for lab results, and reviewing the patient’s medical history. RN Interventional Radiology- Lexington, KY 40536 Day 4x10 (7a-5:30p) Start date:2/9/2026 Travel Pay: $3,302 includes Housing $826 & Meals $476 weekly Position Requirements: 4-10hr shifts. 1 to 2 call shifts/week and 1 weekend/6 weeks. Assist physician with interventional neuro, vascular, CT/US guided procedures. Preferred exp with EPIC, Siemens single and Bi-plane equipment & McKesson PACS. Must be proficient in scrubbing as first assist to physician, along with circulating, filming & charging exams in EPIC. Required: ARRT(R), BLS, RTR or RTRVI, KY Radiation Operator's License before start date, 1-3 YOE in IR with skill in VIR. Local travelers within 75 miles are not accepted at this facility.
