Seeking a dedicated Intake Nurse to join our large hospice organization. Responsibilities include coordinating referrals, verifying and entering physician's orders, determining the appropriate level of care for patients, reviewing documentation for facility placement, and coordinating orders with pharmacists. The role demands close collaboration with referring hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, patients, and their families.

This opportunity is ideal for nurses seeking to transition from the clinical grind to a normal office schedule without hands-on patient care.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
