**Responsibilities** Located on the sixth floor of St. Francis, the 13-bed inpatient rehabilitation area offers care that focuses on improving a patient’s mobility and independence through physical, occupational, and speech therapies. St. Francis sees patients dealing with the physical effects of stroke, fractures, arthritis, cardiac surgery, or neurological diseases such as Parkinson’s disease. + Except to deliver care to 4-6 patients per shift + Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation + Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging **Compensation:** Base rate + shift differential **Incentives:** up to $15,000 sign-on bonus, up to $10,000 education assistance (must have graduated within 5 years) **Nurse Residency** : offered for all New Graduates - https://www.chihealth.com/education/professional-training/nurse-residency **Qualifications** + Graduate of an accredited nursing program + Active RN license in the state of Nebraska or nurse licensure compact. + Basic Life Support(BLS) through American Heart Association \#CHIMSRES22 **Overview** CHI Health St. Francis was established in Grand Island, Nebraska. in 1887.
