Abrazo Arrowhead Campus is currently hiring a Full-Time ICU RN for our Night Shift (7PM–7:30AM). Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit, you’ll provide individualized, direct bedside care to critically ill patients, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and utilize your clinical judgment to lead care delivery. This role includes:

Monitoring and managing patients requiring advanced cardiac, neuro, or hemodynamic supportUsing evidence-based practice and the nursing process to develop patient care plansSupervising and delegating tasks to members of the healthcare teamParticipating in hourly rounding and maintaining a safe, patient-centered environmentTaking charge responsibilities when needed

✅ Qualifications

Education:

Required: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing schoolPreferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Experience:

Required:Minimum 1 year of ICU or acute care experiencePreferred: 2 years in ICU or Cardiac Stepdown with experience in neuro/cardiac assessments and hemodynamic monitoringSpecialty certification a plus

Licensure/Certifications:

Current Registered Nurse License in the State of ArizonaBLS and ACLS (required per department/facility guidelines)
