Fuquay-Varina Health & Rehabilitation Center in Fuquay-Varina, NC is seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the role of RN House Supervisor – Full-Time Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
As the RN House Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through exceptional leadership and oversight of the nursing team during overnight hours. This position is critical to maintaining safe, high-quality care, ensuring compliance with protocols, and supporting staff and residents throughout the night.

What You’ll DoProvide leadership and supervision to nursing staff during the overnight shift (11 PM–7 AM)
Ensure high-quality, safe resident care and adherence to policies and procedures
Oversee and coordinate resident care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Conduct resident assessments and ensure care plans are followed and updated
Serve as a clinical and leadership resource for overnight nursing staff
Assist with training and mentoring of nursing team members
Respond to emergencies and address issues that arise during the night shift
Perform other duties as assigned to support exceptional resident care
What You NeedActive, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
Proven leadership skills with the ability to work independently overnight
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to lead, support, and collaborate with nursing staff during night operations

Full-Time | Night Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
