The House Supervisor plays a vital role in maintaining a collaborative relationship across departments, facilitating communication, resolving issues, and promoting quality patient care for patients, visitors, and staff.Position OverviewThe RN - House Supervisor acts as the hospital’s liaison and administrative representative during off-shifts, ensuring smooth operations, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering a positive environment for staff, patients, and the community.
