**Description** **RN – Hospice House (Ray Hickey Hospice House)** **Part-Time | 0.90 FTE | Day Shift** **Salary Range:** $50.14 – $78.34/hr (DOE) **Location:** Vancouver Washington PeaceHealth is seeking a compassionate and skilled **Registered Nurse (RN)** to join our team at the **Ray Hickey Hospice House** in a part-time, night-shift role. This is a unique opportunity to provide meaningful, patient-centered care in a supportive environment dedicated to honoring dignity, comfort, and quality of life. **What You’ll Do:** + Deliver direct skilled nursing care to hospice patients in an inpatient setting. + Complete patient assessments, develop and manage individualized plans of care, and adjust interventions as needed. + Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care and comfort measures. + Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate and ensure seamless patient services. + Oversee and guide care provided by Home Health Aides. + Participate in discharge planning and assist with bereavement support for families. + Accurately document patient care in compliance with regulatory and quality standards. **Qualifications:** + Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. + Current RN license in Washington State. + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Washington Food Handler’s Card required at hire. + At least 1 year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or end-of-life care required (hospice experience preferred). + Strong clinical judgment, compassion, and commitment to providing holistic, patient-centered care. **Why PeaceHealth?** At PeaceHealth, we are more than caregivers—we are neighbors, friends, and advocates.
