Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care tailored to each patient’s needs.Develop and adjust individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.Supervise your caseload, nurturing the growth and development of LPNs and Home Health Aides, as we cultivate a team of caregivers. Provide education and support to patients and their families.Maintain thorough documentation to meet regulatory and operational standards.Utilize the latest technology and best practices to enhance patient care.Benefits:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program; must hold an active RN license in the state served.At least 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health preferred).Strong critical thinking, clinical expertise, case management, and a passion for patient care.Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS certificationValid driver’s license required.
