RN Facility Educator Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include developing educational programs, providing training to nurses and skilled nursing staff, delivering infection control education, assisting with care plans, and ensuring that all aspects of compliance are followed.

RN Facility Educator Requirements:

Must possess a valid, unencumbered RN State License. A nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

Minimum five (5) years of clinical nursing experience within a skilled nursing care center.

Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, etc.

Superior communication and presentation skills.

Possesses knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC) EHR.
