RN - Experienced Homecare - Training Nurse
Maxim Healthcare is hiring for an experienced Homecare Registered Nurse (RN) to work as a Training Nurse. A training nurse would be responsible for in-home skills advancement training for less experienced homecare nurses. Training Nurses would be deployed to patient's homes to assist in uptraining of less experienced nurses. Training can include, but is not limited to: Feeding Tubes, Tracheostomy, Ventilator, Pediatrics, Central/PICC Line, etc. The less experienced caregivers will have an opportunity to train and shadow in the home with the Training Nurses prior to working independently with the patient. Once the less experienced nurses are trained and have a schedule, the Training Nurses are then transitioned to another patient to assist with training.
