In alignment with the hospital's mission, physician, and patient expectations, the position upholds the highest standards of professional nursing practice within legal and regulatory frameworks. The role involves significant collaboration with physicians during procedures, ensuring the quality of care provided resonates with the philosophy, goals, and policies of the Nursing Department and hospital administration. Responsibilities also include managing the cleaning of equipment, ordering supplies, and ensuring the effective implementation of hospital and departmental policies and procedures during predetermined shifts. This role actively engages in outstanding customer service, maintains respectful relationships with all, and adheres to compliance plans and regulations of applicable agencies and accrediting bodies.
