Electrophysiology Registered Nurse (EP RN) – Cardiology Location: Corewell Health – Butterworth Hospital, Meijer Heart Center Address: 100 Michigan St NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503 Start Date: 03/09/2026 Hours per Week: 40 About the Role Corewell Health’s Meijer Heart Center is seeking dedicated and skilled Electrophysiology Registered Nurses (EP RNs) to support its advanced cardiac procedural services. This role involves caring for patients undergoing EP studies, ablations, pacemaker and ICD implantations, and other complex electrophysiology procedures. Staff in this position will provide pre-procedure assessment, administer sedation, monitor hemodynamics and cardiac rhythms, circulate EP cases, and ensure accurate documentation throughout each procedure. Key Responsibilities + Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a high-acuity EP procedural setting + Utilize critical thinking and sound clinical judgment in all aspects of electrophysiology care + Sedate patients for procedures such as pacemakers, ICDs, SVTs, AV node ablations, and more + Circulate anesthesia-supported EP cases (AFib, AFlutter, VT, LAAO) + Monitor cardiac rhythms, hemodynamics, and patient response during procedures + Coordinate care plans and collaborate with cardiologists, EP physicians, and anesthesia teams + Maintain accurate documentation using the facility’s charting system + Uphold all federal, state, and facility-specific regulations and standards + Support the workflow, goals, and growth of the EP Lab Shift Options Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (4×10) Schedules may include 40 hours per week.
