Responsibilities Direct clinical operations and resource workflows to ensure every resident receives seamless, high-quality care within our long-term care community.Design and implement departmental goals that align with legal and ethical standards, fostering an environment of safety and clinical excellence.Empower and grow your nursing team by leading strategic hiring, orientation, and professional development initiatives that build a culture of retention.Manage fiscal health by preparing and monitoring budgets, ensuring your department has the necessary resources to provide elite resident services.Champion regulatory compliance by overseeing audits and patient transitions (admissions/discharges) to maintain full alignment with State and Federal healthcare standards.RequirementsLicensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider preferred.Registered Nurse preferred.Education:
Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.Work Experience:
