**Responsibilities** Our **_Interventional Radiology Nurse_** is a vital member of our team. The IR Nurse provides nursing care to the cardiac patient while assisting in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures. What you will do: + Prepare patients for procedures. + Provide education to patients and family members + Administer medication + Circulate and Scrub as needed **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements for RN II Interventional Radiology:** + Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program + One (1) or more years of experience + Current Registered Nurse (RN) license active in the Texas + Basic Life Support (BLS) + Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) **Overview** Lakeside Hospital a collaboration between CHI St. Luke’s Health and a team of specialized physicians— focused on cardiology and interventional cardiology, sports medicine, orthopedics, including total joint replacement, and spine care—in The Woodlands community.
