Corrections Registered Nurse (RN) – Day Shift Location: Coralville, IA Assignment Type: Contract – 13 Weeks Start Date: March 2, 2026 Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (8-hour shifts) Schedule: Every other weekend required Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a correctional facility in Coralville, IA. This role is ideal for nurses who excel in structured, fast-paced environments and are confident providing care to diverse patient populations. Corrections experience is preferred, but not required for strong clinical candidates. Pay + Local RN (within 50 miles): $58/hour + Travel RN (50+ miles from facility): $2,606/week total compensation Travel pay requires permanent residence 50+ miles from the facility. The Correctional RN utilizes their knowledge to address the specific challenges and limitations of the correctional environment while providing care to their patient population. This care includes both routine and emergency health care in a correctional facility setting.
