Responsibilities

Assesses patients for admission to Acute Rehab Unit (ARU). Educates healthcare workers regarding medical necessity documentation and functional improvement measures. Submits accurate reports per regulation within defined timeframes.

Qualifications:

One year experience with Functional Improvement Measure (FIM) assessment preferred. Minimal education as required for licensure. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support. Current California license as a RNOverview
