Job Requisition: REQ3650 Employment Type: Full Time Shift: Days Hours Per Week: 40 hours week Hiring Range: $38.56-$50.13 Responsibilities: • Collaborates with nurse managers and staff to assess learning needs and competencies. • Develops, implements, and evaluates educational plans/programs and utilizes methods, measurements and tools to evaluate achievement of learning goals. • Identifies and/or develops teaching tools and instructional materials. • Keeps records of educational activities and prepares reports. Complexity of Work: • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment. Personal Protective Equipment: • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required Minimum Qualifications Licensure / Certification / Registration: Required Credential(s): Registered Nurse credentialed from the New York Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. • Preferred Credential(s): + Advanced Life Support. + BLS Provider. Education: • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
