Join our Registered Nurse Clinic team. In the role of Clinic RN you will:

Have the knowledge of community health concepts, principles of ambulatory clinical nursing care, case management and care coordination. Assume responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating and collaborating with the healthcare team and the patient/ family.Utilizes best practice to maximize patient engagement and patient self-management efforts. Promote the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission and core values.
Job Requirements

One year experience preferredNursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialtyGraduate of an accredited School of NursingBSN Preferred, encouraged to obtain within 3-years of assuming roleCurrent state RN license/ Current RN license from a participating state in National Licensure CompactCurrent BLS is requiredRNs Certification in Ambulatory Nursing through the AAACN, preferred

Physical Requirements-Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
