CSN would be managing the health office for 4-8th grade building, in addition to writing the IEPS/504s.

The Certified School Nurse (CSN) identifies and treatshealth conditions among students in the school setting. The CSN providesinstruction for the student’s general wellbeing and disease prevention. TheCertified School Nurse must assess the student’s physical condition in theschool setting and refer the student to appropriate resources as needed to besuccessful in school.
Minimum Requirements:
