**Responsibilities** **Cath Lab Recovery Nurse Expectations:** + Patience and focus to constantly monitor high acuity patients + Proven ability to think and react quickly in critical situations + Care for patients post procedure + Medication administration + Passion for excellence in delivering quality care **Qualifications** **Required Skills:** + Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma. + One (1) or more years of nursing experience + Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Texas + Basic Life Support with skills demonstration from American Heart Association + ACLS **Preferred Skills:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred + One (1) or more years of experience in Cath Lab or ICU setting preferred **Overview** The Woodlands Hospital a primary and secondary care hospital serving North Harris and Montgomery counties. Clinical services include cardiovascular services, diagnostic imaging, women’s services (digital mammography and bone density studies), neurosciences, pediatric care (Newborn and Level II nurseries) and surgery, pathology and pulmonary services, and sleep disorders.
