Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. This role involves managing patient and provider communications via email, fax, phone, and written correspondence, ensuring compliance with contractual, state, and client-specific guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client, patient, and provider inquiries professionally and efficiently.Perform accurate data entry to update internal systems and communicate order/request statuses.Handle daily inbound and outbound telephonic and email communications.Attend annual reviews, departmental in-services, and staff meetings as scheduled.Promote and maintain a culture of safety and quality in all interactions.Answer calls professionally, triage patient concerns, and schedule appointments as needed.Required Skills & TechnologiesTechnical Skills: NexGen, EMR/EHR systems, chartingCommunication: Clear and concise verbal and written communicationTop SkillsRN CA LicenseNexGen EMR experienceTriage and behavioral/mental health experienceAdditional InformationCandidates must complete a 4-6 week credentialing program before starting.Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58.80 - $58.80/hr.
